A Little Bit of Infinity – Yves Klein

The Fundación Juan March presents an exhibition dedicated to Yves Klein, a key figure in postwar European art and a pioneer of Nouveau Réalisme. Through more than twenty paintings and three-dimensional works, the exhibition traces his most emblematic series, from the monochromes to the Anthropometries and the iconic Blue Klein pigment pool. With works from the Archives Yves Klein, the IVAM and the Museo Reina Sofía, the exhibition explores the idea of color as a sensory and spiritual experience, as well as the artist’s relationship with Spain during the 1950s.
