This exceptional business bodega is among the most modern wineries in the Balearic Islands and combines high quality architecture, technological precision and sustainable wine production at a professional level.

Built in 2016, the property is presented in excellent, high quality condition and offers a constructed area of approx. 7,290 m². The winery was specifically designed for efficient, gentle and quality focused wine production. On approx. 40 hectares of historic vineyard land, several licensed wine varieties are produced, with a total of 8 wine varieties and brand rights to be transferred as part of the sale.

The technical equipment is designed for industrial performance and maximum product quality. The facility is equipped with state of the art production technology from Bucher Vaslin, an internationally recognised manufacturer of winemaking equipment. The production capacity is approx. 600,000 to 700,000 bottles of wine per year.

One of the key quality features is the applied gravity system. Grapes, must and wine are not moved by mechanical pumps, but are transported gently through a sophisticated rail and height system using gravity. This protects the structure of the wine and preserves the integrity of the grapes as much as possible.

The bodega includes approx. 190 barrels with capacities ranging from approx. 225 to 500 litres, as well as large foudres with capacities of up to approx. 6,000 litres. In addition to production and storage areas, the property includes offices, a tasting wine bar, climate controlled areas, guest zones and a representative OTIS glass elevator for visitors.

The viticulture is organically oriented and certified. In addition, no animal proteins such as gelatine or egg white are used for clarification, making the production also vegan certified.

Layout

The bodega was designed to allow the different production steps to be carried out efficiently, cleanly and in clearly separated areas.

Production Area

The spacious production hall offers generous space and different working levels to facilitate winemaking using the gravity method. Its dimensions make it possible to process different grape varieties in separate areas, supporting clean production without unwanted cross contamination.

Upon arrival, the grapes are carefully selected by hand. They are then gently transported using a specially developed system with containers, crane and ceiling rails to the stainless steel tanks, where the fermentation process begins.

Cellar and Barrel Area

Below the building are modern cellar areas with controlled climate conditions. The facility includes approx. 190 barrels of different sizes as well as large foudres with capacities of up to approx. 6,000 litres. This structure enables a differentiated ageing and storage strategy for various wine types.

Tasting and Guest Area

A representative tasting area with wine bar is available for visitors, clients and business partners. An OTIS glass elevator underlines the high quality character of the building and allows comfortable access through the different levels.

Office and Administration Areas

The bodega includes office and administration areas, allowing professional on site operations. The concept is complemented by storage spaces and various outdoor parking spaces for guests, employees and business partners.
