Welcome to TB Bauelemente GmbH & Co. KG from Frankendorf near Weimar! We are your master craftsman-led partner for bringing ambitious dream homes to life – both regionally in central Germany and internationally. What sets us apart: We also build and deliver to Mallorca! Using our state-of-the-art machinery, we prefabricate your bespoke timber home or exclusive building components with millimetre precision in our workshop in Thuringia, transport them safely to the Balearic island and assemble them on site with our customary German master craftsmanship.

☀️ Your Dream Home in Mallorca – Sustainable, Bespoke & Turnkey

Building in Mallorca places particular demands on logistics, climate protection and permits. We offer you the perfect all-in-one solution: • Timber Frame Construction & Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) for Southern Climates: Our construction method not only provides excellent insulation against the cold in winter, but also optimal protection against summer heat in the Mediterranean climate, thanks to timber’s long thermal time lag. • Perfect Protection Against Sea Air: We manufacture windows, doors and façade elements that effortlessly withstand Mallorca’s extreme conditions of salty air and intense UV radiation. • Weather-Independent Prefabrication: Your home is built entirely under cover in our workshop in Thuringia. This means minimal construction time, minimal noise and maximum precision on site on the island. • Comprehensive Turnkey Service: From CAD planning in Germany and transport logistics to handing over your move-in-ready home in Mallorca.
