For Love of the Body | Open Body Self-Knowledge Session

Sometimes self-knowledge begins with something as simple as listening to the body again. This open and free session is an opportunity to approach, with no commitment, a first experience of self-knowledge through the body, presence, and inner listening. A space to discover what happens when we allow ourselves to stop, feel, and pay attention to what our body is telling us. This is a group therapeutic space dedicated to deepening self-knowledge through a more conscious, sensitive, and respectful listening to the body.

From a Gestalt and psychocorporeal approach, we will draw on music, movement, breathing, and awareness exercises to become aware of those automatisms and tensions that keep us from living in the present more fully.

As we expand our capacity for bodily listening, we regain sensitivity and make room to recognise, feel, and attend to the sensations, emotions, and needs within us in a more authentic way.

We offer a trauma-sensitive space, where we prioritise kind and respectful work with individual rhythms, fostering an experience of safety, trust, and care.

An invitation to return to what is essential, reclaiming the body as a source of information, regulation, and support. If you are curious to explore this form of self-knowledge, this session can be a first introduction. You do not need any previous experience: just come willing to experiment and listen to yourself.
