Caring for your home while you’re away

Regular visits to check the property’s general condition.
Airing out the property and visually checking for possible leaks, damp or other issues.
Collecting mail and notifying you of important correspondence.
Watering plants and providing basic care for gardens, terraces and outdoor areas.
Sending photographs and a brief summary after the agreed visits.

Cleaning and preparing your home

One-off or regular cleaning, depending on the property’s needs.
Preparing the house before you or your guests arrive.
Changing bed linen and towels, with laundry arrangements if agreed.
Shopping for essentials so your home is ready for you.
Checking supplies and letting you know what needs replenishing.

Support for rental properties

Safekeeping and handing over keys.
Welcoming guests and providing a basic explanation of how things work in the property, in Spanish or English.
Coordinating cleaning between stays.
Checking the inventory and the visible condition of the property before and after each stay.
Reporting issues to the owner, with photographs where appropriate.
Practical suggestions to improve the home’s presentation and comfort.

Errands, maintenance and coordination

Taking delivery of parcels, furniture and appliances.
Providing access to the property for technicians and service providers.
Minor household maintenance tasks, depending on their scope.
Coordinating professionals for gardening, plumbing, electrical work, painting and other jobs.
Following up on agreed tasks and keeping you informed of their progress. Specialist repairs are assigned to qualified professionals, subject to a quote and the owner’s prior approval.

One point of contact, friendly support

You can book a one-off visit, support between bookings or a regular home care plan. We agree in advance on the tasks, frequency, price and how you would like to receive updates.
