The Mallorca.com app is offered by menzemedia.de GmbH. On this page you can start deletion of your app account and learn what happens to your data afterwards.
Directly in the app
In the Mallorca.com app, open Profile → Delete account and confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot open the app, send the request from the email address belonging to your account to datenschutz@mallorca.com.

The deletion request can be cancelled for 14 days. Afterwards, the sign-in account and email address are deleted, personal profile data is anonymised, listings are deactivated, and favourites, saved searches and links to other accounts are removed.
Remaining device entries without a current account link contain the device identifier, a push token if present, and the location, if provided, rounded to approximately 110 m. Revoking push permission removes the push token when the app next connects successfully to the server, not the device entry. Device entries remain stored after deleting the app; uninstalling it does not delete any server-side data.
When we carry out your deletion request after the 14-day cancellation period, we delete the device entries linked to your account at that point in time, including their push tokens. Device entries without a current account link are not deleted automatically – not even if they were connected to your account earlier. If you would like such entries deleted, please contact datenschutz@mallorca.com.
