Abels Fábrica produces German-style sausages and cured meats and sells them directly from the factory. The range includes salami, meatballs, Black Forest ham, natural cooked ham, frankfurters, pâté, mortadella, as well as veggie burgers and beef burgers — all available pre-sliced. The business has a longstanding history on the island, and loyal customers have come to rely on its consistent quality over many years.

Roast ham and meatballs as star products
