Acompanyar-te • Psicologia

Acompanyar-te is a Psychology space for all ages, run by Núria González Bennasar and Laura Simonet Massot. We support individual child and adolescent psychotherapy processes and adults, as well as families. We work from a perspective and methodology based on scientific evidence. We understand therapy as a process in which one learns to identify behavioural patterns that do not work and seeks new ways of relating to thoughts, emotions and experiences. Our approach is integrative: we support the person as a whole and in relation to their environment. We believe in the therapeutic bond as a space in which to turn one’s gaze inward, feeling supported and safe.
