Valentina, owner and lead instructor, keeps her classes dynamic and varied, adapting to each participant's level regardless of experience. There's a strong emphasis on gradually expanding boundaries — inversions such as handstands are introduced carefully and with personal guidance. The studio itself is bright and airy.
