Agromart Balear has a genuine family story behind it: two producer families from Porreres — the Lliteres Mesquida family and the Figuera Vaquer family — were rivals in fruit and vegetable growing for many years. When the sector hit a difficult patch, they decided to join forces and carry on together. The result was Agromart, a business that, in its own words, stays true to the values and traditions of Mallorcan farmers — "Pagesos de tota la vida", farmers through and through.
