Aim Satyananda Yoga is a yoga studio in the heart of Palma, offering regular classes, seminars and in-depth courses in the tradition of Satyananda Yoga.

Practice & Programme

The studio runs regular classes, seminars and continuing education courses. Every Saturday, the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is chanted with Havan, with the evening closing with Kirtans and Bhajans — all in accordance with the principles and guidelines of Satyananda Yoga and Yoga Vidya. The studio also organises courses across Spain, as well as trips to the ashrams in Munger and Rikhia in India.

Background & Tradition

The studio was founded by Sw. Atmarekha and Sw. Muktidhyanam, following the International Convention of Satyananda Yoga held in Mallorca in 2004 in the presence of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati. It is a member of the European Satyananda Yoga Family.
