Alicia Pilates is a Pilates studio in the centre of Alaró, offering classes on the Reformer and a range of other apparatus.

Method & What's on Offer

The studio works to the STOTT PILATES® method, an internationally recognised Canadian training system. Classes cover Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels, Matwork and ZEN-GA® equipment. Studio director Alicia Gómez is a STOTT PILATES® Full Instructor across all of these disciplines, including the Injuries & Special Populations module. The method is designed for everyone, regardless of age or fitness background.

Personalised & Rehabilitative

A defining feature of the studio is how carefully each session is tailored to the individual: posture is actively corrected, and both the intensity and choice of exercises are adapted to each participant's condition — including those recovering from surgery. The team keeps its training up to date to stay at the forefront of Pilates instruction.
