Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an Amazon Counter and an Amazon Locker?

Amazon Lockers are self-service stations where you collect your parcel using a code or the Amazon app — no staff interaction required. At an Amazon Counter, a member of staff at the partner shop hands your parcel directly to you.

How do I set this location as my delivery address?

Select the collection point as your delivery location during the checkout process on amazon.es. Your parcel will be held there until you collect it in person.
