Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an Amazon Counter and an Amazon Locker?

An Amazon Counter is a staffed collection point — a member of staff hands your parcel directly to you. An Amazon Locker, on the other hand, is a self-service kiosk where you retrieve your parcel yourself using a code or the Amazon app.

How do I select this collection point for my order?

During checkout on Amazon, you can choose a Counter as your delivery destination instead of your home address. You'll receive a notification as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.
