Concept & Identity

The name Amê is derived from Punta de n'Amer, a nature reserve between Cala Millor and Sa Coma. This heritage shapes the philosophy of the house: a connection between tradition and modernity, between land and sea. The gastrobeach concept runs from morning through to the evening.

Cuisine & Food

The menu draws from a wide range of culinary traditions — highlights include sushi, salmon tartare, poke bowl, seafood paella, burrata salad, octopus, wagyu burger and Black Angus ribs. Among the desserts, crème brûlée and cheesecake are particularly well regarded. The kitchen team is happy to accommodate gluten-free requirements on request — allergens can be discussed directly with the kitchen.

Atmosphere

Both inside and out, the venue has a polished, modern feel. The terrace with its sea views is a centrepiece of the whole experience. Live music and DJ sets feature regularly on the programme, and cleanliness — throughout the dining room and the facilities — is a consistent strength of the place.
