The car park is located at Carrer de la Riera 2 in the Centre district, directly beneath the Plaça Major. The old town is within easy walking distance. One important note on arrival: some of the surrounding streets fall within a restricted-access zone (ACIRE). Approaching from the wrong direction — particularly in a hire car — risks a fine, so make sure to use only the approved routes.

The car park is paid and managed by the municipal operator SMAP. The entry and exit ramps are narrow, so larger vehicles may find the manoeuvres quite tight. Accessible parking spaces are available, along with step-free access and an accessible toilet, as well as additional toilets. Worth noting: the lift near the disabled parking bays only goes as far as the adjoining commercial building — from there, there is no direct lift up to the Plaça Major.
