Description
The Aparcamiento Municipal is a council-run car park in Banyalbufar, a small village on the west coast of Mallorca.
Tight, shaded and limited
The car park offers a modest number of spaces, which are notably narrow — smaller vehicles will find things considerably easier. One genuine plus: the spaces are sheltered from the sun. There are also two electric vehicle charging points on site.
Pay machine and signage
The ticket machine can seem confusing at first glance, but it's straightforward once you know how: use the "+" / "–" buttons to select your time and "OK" to confirm. The display board at the entrance sometimes shows "full" even when spaces are available, so it's always worth taking a look inside. Payment is made on entry and coins are accepted, though notes are not.
Finding the car park
The car park is located at Carrer Comte de Sallent 10 in Banyalbufar. Bear in mind that if there are no spaces free, the access lane is very narrow and you'll need to reverse back out — worth keeping in mind before you pull in.
