Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning with heating are included in every unit, and towels and bed linen are provided. Many apartments have a balcony, with some enjoying sea views.

The complex sits at Passeig d'Anglada Camarasa 7, right on the Port de Pollença promenade, looking out over the bay and the marina of the Reial Club Nàutic. Restaurants and the amenities of the village centre are all within easy walking distance. Apartments at the front of the building have direct sea views, while those on the street side enjoy a quieter setting.

That said, some visitors have raised concerns about cleanliness standards and cancelled bookings.
