The heart of Apnea Balear is its freediving courses — including the Freediver Level 1 — alongside guided dives. Juan takes guests to caves, grottoes, swim-throughs and hidden natural pools in the crystal-clear water. As well as courses and tours, equipment such as wetsuits and carbon fins is also available to buy.

The instructors

The team is made up of Elena and Juan, both qualified freediving instructors. Elena teaches in German, English, Spanish and French. Her calm and patient approach in the water is a consistent thread running through feedback from course participants — from father-and-child duos to groups of friends who signed up together.
