Artello Gelato is an artisan gelateria on the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia in the heart of Palma's Old Town.

Handcrafted Gelato

The gelato is made fresh on the premises — and you can taste the difference. Classics such as chocolate, vanilla, stracciatella and strawberry sit alongside more distinctive flavours: pistachio and hazelnut stand out for their creamy, authentic texture, while the signature creation 'Mediterraneo' — pistachio, rose and saffron — has established itself as something truly special. Salted caramel and salted cocoa chocolate are equally noteworthy, as is the tiramisu gelato with its coffee, amaretto and zabaglione notes layered with pieces of sponge. Passionfruit sorbet rounds off the selection with a refreshing, natural fruitiness. Vegan flavours are also available.

Alongside the gelato, you'll find coffee and freshly baked pastries made in-house — including brownies.
