Avançam, Coloma Rosselló Nicolau i col·laboradores, is a psychology practice in Palma. It was founded by Coloma Rosselló Nicolau and has more than 30 years of professional experience, with collaboration from specialists in psychology and pedagogy. The team works on anxiety, stress, depression, grief and emotional management, and also offers monthly workshops on mindfulness, self-esteem, self-care and assertiveness. The process starts with an initial interview, followed by 3–4 sessions with psychometric tests and then a diagnosis and treatment plan.
