La Panadería de la Paz is a traditional Mallorcan bakery in the heart of Palma, crafting home-made bread and pastries the old-fashioned way.

Mallorcan baking straight from the wood-fired oven

Everything baked here bears the unmistakable stamp of a traditional oven: llonguets, ensaimadas, panades, cocarrois and cocas are among the house classics. The bread — including sourdough and dark loaves — draws particular praise, and the coca de albaricoque (apricot coca) and sweet meat empanadas leave a lasting impression. Coffee rounds off the offering nicely.
