Can Gaspar is all about honest, traditional Mallorcan home cooking. The "Variats" — mixed platters of assorted bites — are the house speciality and a firm favourite with regulars. The Pa amb oli, made with Serrano ham, cheese, good wholegrain bread, a touch of tomato and olive oil, is another much-loved dish. The menu also features bocadillos and homemade desserts, with the Pudín and Granizado de Almendra standing out in particular. Vegetarian options are fairly limited.
