The owner runs the kitchen himself and cooks everything to order — and it shows. The Frito Mallorquín is the house speciality and consistently draws praise from visitors. The tortilla, patatas bravas and sangría are also firm favourites. Paella is available on pre-order, as are certain meat dishes — goat, for instance, should be requested a few days in advance. The kitchen grows its own tomatoes for the salads, and the alioli is made by hand. That homemade thread runs through everything on the menu.
