Bar LAB is a cocktail bar and bartender academy in the Ponent neighbourhood of Palma.

Cocktails Without a Menu

At LAB, there's no cocktail menu. Instead, the bartenders consult each guest personally and mix drinks tailored to individual taste — whether classic, international, forgotten, or house creations. More than 250 spirits and liqueurs are on hand, and only fresh, seasonal fruit is used. Drinks that draw consistent praise include Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Mojito, Margarita, Dark and Stormy, Gin & Tonic, and Long Island Tea.

Academy and Courses

Under the banner of the LAB Academy, the venue offers bartending courses, private cocktail classes, and masterclasses — including for groups, corporate outings, and hen dos. The courses are interactive: participants learn about the history of spirits and drinks, then shake up their own cocktails. LAB also provides catering, bar consulting, and a bar take-away service.

Atmosphere and Layout

LAB is on the smaller side. Inside there are seats, and outside you'll find a couple of small tables. The music is lively, and it can get cosy when busy. A reserved corner is available for groups.
