Bar Lara has the charm of a bar from a bygone era: authentic, unpretentious and easy on the wallet. Inside, some quirky décor — including skulls on the wall and, apparently, a parrot — gives the place a distinctive, memorable feel. Outside, a handful of sunny tables invite you to sit back and linger. The bar is also well suited to groups.
