Bar Mavi is a traditional Mallorcan bar with kitchen in the Nord quarter of Palma, serving local home cooking, tapas and variats since 1955.

The stars of the menu are the variats – mixed platters of homemade small bites that are widely regarded as the bar's signature dish. Pa amb oli, calamares, pica-pica, ensaladilla rusa, grilled vegetables, patatas and piri-piri all feature on the menu, alongside a daily set menu, bocadillos, and a range of hot and cold dishes.
