The heart of Savoy lies in its handmade bocadillos and llonguets — the llonguet with trampó (tomatoes, onions and peppers) is the house classic, a recipe that Joan Gomila's father was already preparing before him. Sandwiches filled with sobrasada, camaiot or anchovies, as well as the tortilla de patatas sandwich, have all become firm favourites. The coffee alone is worth the visit.
