The Biblioteca Municipal is the public library of Binissalem, housed within the historic Can Gelabert building.

What's on Offer

The library lends books, magazines and films to registered members. Residents with a local address can sign up for a membership card, which gives access to the full lending collection. There's also a computer room with internet access, as well as the option to print documents. Inside, the space is divided into a dedicated children's corner with a wide selection of titles for younger readers, plus separate reading and study areas. The library regularly organises activities to encourage a love of reading.

The library is located on Carrer de la Portella, s/n in Binissalem. The entrance is on the side of the building and leads up a short flight of stairs — a little tucked away, but clearly signposted.
