Ca Sa Padrina stands for hands-on winemaking and a deep connection to the Mallorcan land. The estate has tended its vines across three generations under the Binissalem designation of origin, working with native varieties including Mantonegro, Callet and Prensal Blanc. Alongside wine, the estate produces its own olive oil and honey.

Wine Tasting & Food

Tastings at the winery are led by the winemakers themselves, who walk you through the growing, harvest and ageing process in their own words. Alongside the wines, you'll find a selection of Mallorcan tapas — including sobrasada, cheese and coca de trampó — all enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the vines.
