Javier and Carmen run Son Sureda Ric as a small, quality-focused winery. The emphasis is on organically produced red wines, complemented by their own honey and other farm produce. Sustainability and ecological farming are very much a way of life here.

Visits take place as personal, private guided tours. Javier takes the time to share the history of the estate and explain how the bodega works. After the tour, you'll get to taste the wines — accompanied by home-made tapas and traditional Mallorcan dishes. Sheep and bees also call the farm home, adding to the experience. The winery is also available as a venue for special occasions such as weddings.

Getting There

The winery is located on the Ma-3322 at Km. 6.05, just outside Manacor — well away from Mallorca's tourist hotspots. The drive takes you through the Mallorcan countryside, and visits are available by prior arrangement.
