Description
Bodega Son Juliana is a family-run organic winery in Santa Eugènia that has been producing hand-harvested, ecological wines since 2013 and offers guided tours with wine tastings.
Wine, Olive Oil and Mallorcan Terroir
Across seven hectares, Son Juliana cultivates nine grape varieties and crafts seven hand-harvested organic wines from them. As a member of Vi de la Terra Mallorca — the quality seal for authentic island wines — the estate produces wines with a distinctive Mediterranean character. Complementing the range is an extra-virgin organic olive oil, pressed from Arbequina and Picual olives, which proves particularly popular with visitors. The entire winery runs on solar and wind energy.
Tours and Tastings
Son Juliana offers guided tours of the winery combined with wine tastings, available in several packages that include four, six or seven wines depending on your choice. Carefully matched tapas are served alongside. The tours take you through each stage of the production process and into the new cellar building. Guides are available in several languages, with German explicitly included. Beyond booked tours, you can also drop in to taste wines by the glass. The winery is bookable through GetYourGuide and offers a delivery service too.
Atmosphere and Architecture
The winery impresses with clean, linear architecture that sits in easy harmony with the surrounding landscape. An upper-floor terrace offers panoramic views across the fields and towards the mountains. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal — a small estate with genuine family character that lends itself beautifully to special occasions such as birthdays.
Location & Surroundings
The winery sits on the Ma-3020 near Santa Eugènia in the interior of Mallorca. Travelling from Palma towards Inca, you'll reach it without any detours.
