A Family Winery with Its Own Vineyard
Butxet is a family business that produces red, white and rosé wines exclusively from grapes grown in its own vineyards — including both international and local varieties. The winery sits on the Son Morei estate in Muro, just 800 metres from the Albufera de Muro nature reserve and 4 km from Muro beach. The proximity to the lagoon and the sea shapes the microclimate, and with it the character of the wines.
Tour and Tasting
A visit begins with a walk through the vineyard, where the entire process from grape to glass is explained — covering grape varieties, fermentation and the particularities of the local terroir. This is followed by a tasting of several wines, accompanied by small bites to eat. Groups are kept deliberately small, giving the tours a personal, intimate feel. After the tasting, you have the opportunity to purchase wines on the spot and have them sent directly to your home.

The winery is located on the Carretera de Muro a Can Picafort (Km 330, Parcela 565, 07440), set within the Mallorcan countryside. From the terrace, you can enjoy views across the vineyards all the way to the Serra de Tramuntana. Booking your tour online in advance is recommended.
