Bodegas Can Vidalet is a certified organic winery in Pollença that has been growing and producing wines and spirits since 1996.

Viticulture & Products

The estate cultivates ten hectares of vines, divided into small plots planted with both indigenous and international grape varieties. The vines are trained using the Cordon de Royat method on a soil of limestone, fossils and clay, with synthetic treatments kept to an absolute minimum. Alongside the wines, the range also includes a gin and further spirits — all produced in limited batches and crafted by hand.
