Bodegas Suau is a distillery in Es Pont d'Inca producing brandy, rum, gin and a range of other spirits, and offering guided tours of its historic cellar premises.

A tradition since 1851

Bodegas Suau was founded in 1851 by Captain Joan Suau i Bennassar and has remained a family-run operation ever since. As a boutique distillery with limited production, it now supplies more than twenty countries. The range includes brandy, rum, premium gin, orange liqueur and vermouth — among them the brandy line with expressions Suau 15, Suau 25 and Suau 50, as well as the Madelon.

Cellar tours & tastings

Guided tours take you through the underground cellars, past rows of ageing barrels, with the production process explained along the way. Tastings focus on aged spirits — including straight from the cask — and are sometimes accompanied by tapas. The guides know their products inside out and bring both the craft and the history of the bodega to life. If brandy is your thing, this is the perfect setting to get to grips with the different stages of maturation. The cool vaulted cellars also make for a particularly pleasant visit in the summer heat.
