Born-i-Bo is a specialty coffee café with its own in-house bakery in Manacor, serving homemade pastries, breakfast and brunch.

Craft from the in-house bakery

Bread, croissants and pastries come straight from the in-house bakery — freshly made by hand, drawing on Argentine, Italian, French and other international traditions. The pistachio croissants are particularly popular, alongside cruffins, pains au chocolat and Nutella croissants. Sweet treats are complemented by a solid savoury selection: focaccia sandwiches, bikini sandwiches and llonguets sit alongside avocado toasts and egg dishes. Every three weeks a special toast of the day joins the menu, available exclusively for that period.

Coffee at the heart of it all

Specialty coffee takes centre stage — cappuccino, filter coffee and dark roast are all on offer. Plant-based milk alternatives (oat, soy and almond) are available. Every coffee comes served with a biscuit and a glass of water.

Right on Manacor's main square

The café is located at Plaça de la Constitució 8, right in the heart of Manacor. There are both outdoor street-side seats and tables inside. Paid parking is available nearby.
