Live Dining on Lava Stone

The heart of Bottega Bay is what they call the "Live Dining Experience": steaks — including fillet and ribeye — are brought to the table on a searingly hot black stone, so you decide exactly how you like your meat cooked. The team are happy to show you the ropes if it's your first time. The quality of the meat is outstanding, praised time and again for its tenderness and flavour. Alongside the steaks, the menu features artisan sourdough pizzas fired in a volcanic oven at 850 °F, as well as burgers. The restaurant first opened its doors in 2016.
