The Búnker de Ca'n Picafort is a historic landmark in the village of Ca'n Picafort on Mallorca, nestled within a rocky coastal stretch right alongside the sandy beach.

A Place Where History Meets Art

The bunker itself is an old machine-gun nest from the 1940s, which cannot be entered from the inside. Right beside it stands an old varadero — a traditional stone boat landing that today serves as a small bathing and fishing spot. Completing the ensemble is a group of sculptures by artist Joan Bennàssar, which lend the site a distinctive artistic character.

The Promenade & Surroundings

The landmark sits along Ca'n Picafort's seafront promenade, right on the sandy beach. The coastal path runs along the shoreline and offers sweeping views out to sea even in overcast weather. The surrounding area is dotted with restaurants and cafés with terraces and sea views.
