Ca na Gori is a traditional butcher's and charcuterie in the heart of Binissalem, family-run since 1870.

Four Generations of Craft

The shop traces its roots back to 1870, when Toni Martí founded the butchery on what was then the market at La Quartera. Since 1956 it has occupied its current home on Carrer de la Concepció. Today, Toni and Margalida Martí run the business as the fourth generation of the family. The building's original stone façade has been lovingly preserved to this day.

Fresh Meat & Mallorcan Charcuterie

Ca na Gori specialises in carefully sourced cuts of meat and traditional Mallorcan cured meats. The range includes house-made sobrasada and botifarrons, as well as roast chicken. The family's own-recipe salsitxes cassolanes — a fresh sausage passed down through the generations — are a firm favourite with regulars. All ingredients are of high quality and sourced locally. Prices sit in the upper-mid range, well justified by the quality on offer.
