The heart of Cafès Illes Balears is its own coffee production: the business roasts and distributes its coffee entirely in-house. If you fancy going deeper, you can join coffee courses and tastings where the secrets of the roasting craft are explained. The café con leche is a firm favourite and comes highly recommended.

Traditional Mallorcan cuisine

The menu is built around homemade Mallorcan dishes: frito de matanzas, pilotes (meatballs in sauce), sépia and pa amb oli with herring are among the dishes that keep getting praised. Sopa mallorquina and a rotating set lunch with starters, mains and tapas are also on offer — and everything is made from scratch.
