Description

Cala Cap Falcó is a secluded, small rocky cove on the south-west coast of Mallorca.

Character & Water

The cove sits nestled in a gorge-like setting of cliffs and pine trees that offer patches of shade. When conditions are good, the water is clear, and the shallow areas close to the shore are well suited to snorkelling. Near the water's edge it can be a little murky, so it's worth wading in a bit further before diving under.

Peace & Atmosphere

Away from the busier beaches in the area, Cala Cap Falcó has a quietly secluded feel. If you're after a calm moment by the water, this is the spot — the cove sees relatively few visitors, especially outside the peak summer months.

Location & Access

The cove falls under the postcode 07181. Access is via a flight of steps, so if you're travelling with a pushchair or have limited mobility, it's worth bearing this in mind, as the steps are the only direct route down to the beach. There is a small free car park on the road above. Do make sure to take any valuables with you when you leave the car.

Food & Drink

A small beach bar was once a fixture here and was well regarded for its atmosphere, food, and drinks. It is no longer in operation, so it's best to bring your own supplies.
