Cala Poncet is a small, unspoilt natural cove in the north of Mallorca, close to Alcudia.

Rock, Water & a Space to Call Your Own

Cala Poncet is made up of small, rocky sections with very little sandy beach to speak of. Steps have been cut into the natural stone jetties, giving you easy access to the water. Several parts of the cove are shaped in a way that makes it feel almost entirely private. Water shoes are strongly recommended, given the rocky ground underfoot and the algae-covered seabed. If you fancy snorkelling, you'll find clear water with plenty of marine plant life to explore.

Bar & Coastal Views

Right on the cove there's a bar that brings a lovely atmosphere with live music. From there, and from the nearby Restaurant La Terraza, you can enjoy sweeping views along the coastline.

Getting to the Cove

Cala Poncet sits in the north of Mallorca, within the Alcudia area. From Puerto de Alcudia you can reach it on foot, by car, or by boat. A proper footpath leads directly to the cove.
