Caló dels Homes Morts is a small, public cove in Portopetro on the south-east coast of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Santanyí.
The Cove
Caló dels Homes Morts sits to the south of Portopetro harbour, tucked into a quiet side inlet. The water is crystal clear and clean, and the surface tends to stay calm with very little wave action. A large pine tree right at the shore provides natural shade even without a sun umbrella. The sand is partly firm underfoot due to rock beneath the surface, and you may encounter stones in the water. The cliffs on either side of the cove make for a popular spot to jump in.

The cove is located in Portopetro, 07691, within the municipal area of Santanyí in eastern Mallorca. It's easy to reach on foot, with a paved path leading down from the car park. The Hotel Ikos Porto Petro sits directly adjacent to the beach.
