The sprawling property encompasses a historic chapel, a windmill, a herb garden and vegetable plots — elements that lift this place far above an ordinary hotel stay. A meticulous restoration, faithful to every original detail, makes the finca a beautifully coherent retreat where ancient stonework and manicured grounds meet ancient olive groves in perfect harmony.
