What the farm produces

At the heart of production is the Amargéro, a house-made bitter orange aperitif with its roots firmly on Mallorca. Alongside it come low-intervention wines as well as seasonal vinegars and preserves — all grown and made on site. Farming follows regenerative principles: ducks are put to work keeping the snail population in check, and the harvest is brought in with the help of friends.

Tastings & experiences

On Fridays and Sundays the gates are open to anyone who fancies trying the Amargéro, the wines and produce from the farm. Private tours and tastings for groups of eight or more can be arranged on weekdays on request. The farm walk introduces guests to regenerative agriculture before sitting down to taste the results. Polo clinics and yoga retreats also take place on the grounds.
