The heart of Ca'n Manolo is its ensaimadas: crisp on the bottom, soft on the inside, with a perfectly flaky dough. They come in a variety of flavours — including cabello de ángel and children's chocolate — and if you have a particular one in mind, it's best to order ahead. Regular customers note that the ensaimadas keep well for a few days without drying out. Alongside the ensaimadas, the range includes doblegats — filled with chocolate or cabello de ángel — as well as empanadas, seasonal spinach pastries (espinagades), cocas de patatas, cremadillos and a selection of sweet treats. The house bread carries the quality mark "Pa d'Aquí".
