Can Not is a delicatessen and fine food producer in Porreres, crafting and selling traditional Mallorcan charcuterie made entirely in-house.
Full production from start to finish
Can Not follows a complete farm-to-counter philosophy: the pigs are reared on their own finca, and the paprika — a traditional Tap de Cortí variety — is dried and ground on site too. The result is a range of charcuterie that is genuinely artisan in character. Products include Sobrasada, Camaiot, Llonganissa, Butifarra, Fuet, Botifarrons, as well as foie gras, pâtés, honey and paprika powder. If you fancy making your own sausages at home, you'll find the ingredients for that here as well.
What really stands out
The Sobrasada is the undisputed star — customers consider it exceptional and regulars order it from the mainland. The Camaiot is praised for its particularly refined flavour, and the Botifarrons and Llom also earn plenty of admiration. The production area is clean and open to view, and the staff are warm, hardworking and genuinely helpful.
