Can OmXai is an olive oil producer in the south-east of Mallorca, based on the Finca Can OmXai in Santanyí, where it produces and sells certified organic Virgen Extra olive oil.

Organic Olive Oil Straight from the Producer

Martina and Hans-Josef Homscheid farm their olive trees sustainably and organically — no pesticides, biodiverse and in harmony with nature. The result is a gourmet olive oil whose quality and aroma speak for themselves. Alongside the olive oil, the range includes an orange and ginger marmalade as well as other olive-based products. If you can't visit in person, you can have your order delivered straight to your door.

Tours & Tastings

Can OmXai offers guided tours of the estate that provide a deep insight into the cultivation, harvesting, processing and quality characteristics of olive oil. After the tour, guests are treated to a tasting of different qualities alongside tapas. The hosts engage openly with questions from the group rather than delivering a rehearsed presentation, and private tours are also available. Groups of all sizes are welcome — families with young children have been taken around the estate at a relaxed pace.

The Finca & Its Surroundings

The finca sits in the south-east of Mallorca on the Cami de Son Ferreret in 07650 Santanyí. The estate, with its adjoining olive grove, provides the setting for tours and occasional events — including open days featuring live music and a buffet.
