What Caragol Bover offers

The range covers two varieties of snail — Bover and Caracola — available either raw or cooked. Slow-cooked with herbs and vacuum-sealed in pouches, they're ready to heat up and enjoy at home. The rosemary variety is a particular favourite. Rounding out the offer is a natural alioli that's gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs, with a shelf life of eighteen months in its sealed packaging.

The snails and the homemade alioli are consistently praised as exceptionally good — the alioli in particular is noted for its creamy texture and distinctive flavour. Everything is designed for everyday convenience: open the pouch, heat through, and you're done. Caragol Bover also has a regular presence at markets and food fairs, where both fresh and cooked snails are sold straight from the stall.
