Every scoop at Carmela is crafted on the premises — creamy, intensely flavoured and made without additives. The dulce de leche varieties are a particular highlight, including Dulce de Leche Granizado and Dulce de Leche with Chocolate and Almonds. Other much-praised flavours include Stracciatella, Pistachio, Chocolate, Lemon, Dubai Chocolate and Chocolate with Raspberry. The team regularly announces new flavours on their Instagram profile.
